Hank is our very own Ebenezer Scrooge......The epitome of a Misanthrope.....Screaming and thrashing to gain even the tiniest grain of attention.. He demonstrates his mental illness in many ways, but most consistently in his religious rantings. He seems to be completely unaware of his extreme contradictions and of the simplistic nature of his convictions. The religious ravings are a common focus of deep mental instability. His intolerance of other's freedom of religion is another tell.....and his obsession with his own afterlife.....The fact that he rants and raves and condemns others about going to Hell because they don't follow the teachings of his God, yet, every day, he contradicts the teachings himself..... He condemns others to Hell for not believing in his God, yet he flaunts his disregard for his God's teachings......Where does that leave him?.....He must be roiling in agony and confusion ....to be that invested in his after-life, yet unable to walk the path required by his own beliefs.......
