Best Sandwich  Is there a better, more satisfying, sandwich than a grilled cheese ? You couple it with tomato soup and you are in comfort food heaven.  |

A warm sunny day 94 F... 34 C a bit too windy. I've had a hell of a Monday... business wise successful just need to get some rest to be ready for tomorrow.

Yup, always love a grilled cheese and tomato soup. Great to warm your insides on a cold day. It was a cold showery day here reaching a high of only 61F, 8mm or 0.3" of rain. warmer tomorrow with 30% thunder.

I had a busy day too, dealing with two creditors and the bankruptcy trustee. Also dealt with the lawyer and banker on other issues. Made a big batch of pasta with tomato, onion, red pepper, taco flavoring & diced ham sauce. Had some for supper and it turned out great. My first time using ham as the meat.

I did get a chance to walk the dog in between showers.

Yes that is a great pairing. I have to cut tomato soup with milk because I get acid reflux. And I love almost any kind of cheese on the sandwich. Grilled Swiss cheese is yummy !

I do not like canned tomato soup at all. Grew up on home made, and still make it. I like chopped onions in mine. Our family has always called grilled cheese, "cheese toasties", and yes they are a must have with tomato soup. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
