Arming teachers, like fighting the drunken sailor with "the dog that bit him".Such a total disregard for the ordinary citizen. The mind boggles.

" I'd love to see some real reasoned thinking from you, but, sadly, it's never going to happen. Simply because you never think beyond the need to prove yourself right. You ignore reality completely. The gun homicide rate in England and Wales is about one for every 1 million people, according to the Geneva Declaration of Armed Violence and Development, a multinational organization based in Switzerland. In a population of 56 million, that adds up to about 50 to 60 gun killings annually. In the USA, by contrast, there are about 160 times as many gun homicides in a country that is roughly six times larger in population. There were 8,124 gun homicides in 2014, according to the latest FBI figures. Nineteen children per day are treated for gunshot wounds in America. Some are accidental shootings, some are deliberate homicides/assaults. That means nothing to you...your "right to bear arms" comes before children. That's all you can think about... and, as far as I'm concerned you are as guilty as the actual killers. You and everyone who thinks like you, are turning America into the biggest "sh*thole" country on the planet.

Arm the Teachers with concealed weapons. Well good luck Teach when yo have to pit your Glock against a couple of AR-15's, &/or a 12G etc.
