I loved that blog you did on "Life Highlights" ET!
There was absolutely no need for the crap that a couple of commenters posted. I wanted to post, and was almost the first to post on the blog, unfortunately something intervened but when I came back and saw their completely self-obsessed input, it put me off. I'm sure many others had the same reaction. It means that anyone with a life outside of nasty political or personal slurs is being prevented from posting good interesting blogs by the few people in SFF who desperately need everyone to agree with them.

I must look out for that film, it didn't sound like my sort of stuff, so I ignored it, but I will now make a point of seeing it!

I've had many highlights in my life but the biggest one at the moment is my great-granddaughter...she is such a beautiful little soul, both in appearance and in personality. At three years old she is just now beginning to use words, her favourite ones at the moment are "Thank You" Her spoken vocabulary at the moment is small...but who knows what is locked in her little mind? She is proving daily that she has a great ability to solve problems and often takes our breath away when we realise her mind is not impaired...just locked away till she wants to use it.
Can you tell we love her?

I'm glad neither of you are "highlights" of my life...there's nothing to choose between you.

As the old song says, "Some days are diamonds, some days are stone......" It seems to apply to the blogs too. Thankfully, there are other things to do, but I do enjoy reading some of the blogs.
Something that Katie just said is so beautiful........... " we realise her mind is not impaired...just locked away till she wants to use it." Isn't that a wonderful way to look at it? What a fantastic attitude the family has!

It's simple, I avoid all the political blogs and read only the ones from long-term cyber friends. Such as YOU.

I enjoyed your blog about "Life Highlights" and the interesting comments, too.
Hope this day you're feeling great, my dear friend.

Nothing like a virgin to make a woman feel better. Just teasing, ET. Yes it is true that sometimes a person posts too much. You did the right thing and watching a movie made you laugh and relaxed. Glad you enjoyed it. I remember liking that flick.
