Sometimes, I love rainy days.... WARM ones, that is. Except when there are many of them strung together, and my yard needs mowed badly, like now!
Even in the rain, your pictures are colorful and interesting. I was especially surprised by the house on top of the shops...... I would have expected apartments, but that looks just like a house on the street would look. Very interesting, but attractive.

Looking at the second picture, I notice all those guys using their cell phones! Just like in the states.

These shops are in the Old Quarters of HaNoi where there are hardly any apartments. The shops are usually double storey and houses on top of the shops are common in Asia.
