Birthdays!!! I celebrated my 53rd birthday yesterday. Some people do not like birthdays, but I am so thankful that I had one. A year and half ago I lie in the hospital not knowing if I was going to live. I had a tube down my throat doing my breathing for me. This was caused by a severe kidney infection which spread into my lungs and was causing me not to get oxygen in my lungs. It took me a long while to recover, but God brought me through and gave me 2 birthdays since then. As my 75 year old mother says, "I would rather have birthdays because they beat the alternative." I hope all of you are thankful your birthdays... |

AngelSara: I'm sooo glad that you are still here with us. I have met so many nice people on SFF and you happen to be one of my favorites. You are so quiet in the room and always polite to everyone you chat with. But no one really knows the hardships that you have had to endure. I so often see rudeness and harse words in the rooms.....but takes people like you that keep things on a calm even ground. I truely believe that God has a purpose for all of us. Maybe yours is somewhere here in SFF cyber land. You gentle nature makes such a huge difference to many in their daily lives. You may just be the one that keeps that chatter from going over the edge.
