Foto Friday - Odds and Ends

This is one of the funky fotos I took at the UFO museum in Roswell, NM. I wanted to visit there for years and finally made it as part of a cross country trip a couple of years ago.

These symbols were found on the wreckage from the Roswell incident. Supposedly they have never been decoded but I have to wonder how a military and intelligence community that can decode everything else had no luck with this.

I decided that if they are extraterrestrial in origin they likely say something equivalent to “made in China” here in the US.
One of my decorating goals is to reproduce these symbols on a significant structural part of the house, just for giggles and to see how many people recognize it. Of course it will be on something removable.

Interesting indeed.

I am sure many have studied these - has anyone at all expressed any opinion ?? If yes, do please share it with us.

Thanks.

Have a great weekend, SpiritLady, and the coming week.

There are many opinions all related to trying to prove the whole UFO incident was real, Hoax, or government cover up. As I said in the bolg it just seems strange to me that all of the military, government intelligence agency and corporate security experts around the world could not decipher the code.

doo, doo, doo, dah.....the theme from "The Twilight Zone" came through the speakers when I opened this thread~!

I think there have been many "episodes " developed using this theme.

Hi Spirit: Wow. Are you saying Roswell has the actual vehicle that crashed there? What's an I-Beam? Couldn't help noticing that 'ITS' is spelled wrong on their sign.

spiritwoman45 replies on 2/4/2012 9:56 am:
No one knows if there was a real crash or not or if it was some sort of s secret military test that went bad. An I beam is the main weight supporting part of a structure. Funny about the misspelling but I am not surprised. The museum is a volunteer effort in a small desert town. Kind of one of those wierd strange things everyone should do once.

Using skills I've learned over a lifetime of code breaking it is obvious to me that the middle one is a couple indulging in the pleasures of the flesh!!

When we visited Roswell twice many years ago there was no museum. Sure would have loved to see it.

I heard the same music as FreshEmerald

It's pretty small and funky but fun. They have an interesting gift shop as well. I brought home several life size inflatable aliens for the kids to play with.

I don't know; I've always felt that Roswell and all the hype, etc., was just a bunch of hot air, literally!

probably the explanation for why all of the "experts" have not been able to "crack the code".

Well it is up side down, and has to be read from right to left. In essence it seems to read "if found drop in any mail box". Ether that or it refers to the song "short people" by Randy Newman
