Foto Friday Hearts and Flowers I thought this one would be less than up to par since the hearts portion might be lacking. They really don't celebrate Valentines Day here like in the US. Only place I saw any valentine stuff was for at Wolworths (They still have them here in Mexico). But - when I was creating my collage I found this heart page in the scrapbook section.
