A Pig in a Poke a no no for a Bloke....UK Story ......In other news from the UK beside the engagement of Prince William was a short piece by Sky News regarding a toy farm set sold by a firm called "Early Learning Center". A Parent only identified as Caroline ordered one on line. When receiving it she noticed that it had a sty and even a button when pressed made oink oink sounds but the pig was missing. When she notified the company she was told that the pig was removed as it may offend Muslims and Jews........ The Parent upset posted on a local website of her dilemma on not receiving a toy pig in the farm set. The toy company was deluged with complaints. The Company has done a u-turn and has re-instated the pig because of all the complaints they have received. This got me thinking what if a vegetarian wanted a farm set. I guess they would receive a barn some fencing and a tractor. No cow, goat, chicken or sheep.......The web site where all the complaints were lodged when told of the story said ...."It just shows the power of the web - company bosses can no longer sit back in boardrooms and not listen to their customers."......... There was a short item in the Toronto Globe And Mail about a Muslim student in the US who has a seeing-eye horse. Her Jordanian parents wouldn't allow a dog in the house due to cultural prejudices against these delicious animals. So she got a minature oater.

Rentier Yes I also saw that I guess animals can be trained to do anything unlike we humans.... Its time to start reading the Bible, It will scare the Hell out of you...
