Login problems I've been having login problems for over a month as a standard member. The symptoms varied, but it essentially came down to not having access to some of the standard member functions such as posting comments in blogs. I emailed SFF several times, but never got a solution that worked. I finally called the toll free number, and ended up talking to three people. The first one tried to sell me an upgrade. The third one told me the problem was at their end (something I suspected all along because of the testing I had done). He had had someone else report the same condtion. He has submitted a problem report to people who fix such things, and has upgraded me to Gold in the meantime. The upgrade to Gold seems to be working since I can write blogs. |
