Variety the spice of life and breakfast If your day starts with the same-o same-o breakfast then you tend to have the same boring day. I like my eggs, toast and coffee but not every day. I also like cereal, but not the same one every day. How do I spice up my breakfast? Well glad you asked. I take my Reese Puffs and put a little bit in the bowl, then I take me Lucky Charms and put a little on top of that and do it over again, add milk and I am set. Or I take captain crunch and layer that with Alphabits. Or a hot breakfast with 1 pk of Quaker Oats Peaches and Cream with 1 pk of Cinnamon Brown sugar. Or 1 pk of Apple Spice with 1 pk of Berries and Cream. How about Breakfast Burritos or a Sausage Egger. Are the same-o same-o or do you mix it up? |

I eat the same breakfast every day for years. A few hours after I wake up, I chop up half a banana, four grapes, two strawberries and put them in a bowl, then I mix in three teaspoons of cherry yogurt and sprinkle everything with pieces of one walnut. While I was still working I had the same breakfast in the same restaurant every morning.......toasted Danish pastry and coffee.

Well, breakfast here is everyone for themselves! The only time I cook breakfast is for supper. My breakfast is pretty much the same every day. I fix a cup of black coffee, turn on my laptop and the local news, grab a banana and package of cinnamon brown sugar pop tarts and make myself comfortable. Then I play computer games as I listen to the news and enjoy my breakfast.... oh yeah, I forgot. I text with a very good SFF friend every morning with breakfast. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Sometimes, I simply cooks some beans, rice and veggies in the crockpot and that is breakfast, and lunch while I have cereal for dinner. Since I am retired and live by myself, I can do anything that I want. Abracadabra
