Of course Joe was disappointed by the results, but from what I saw of the game, neither one was playing a championship game...... kind of poor showing by both teams.
However, he will now join you and yell, "roll Tide"...... after all..... Clemson can defeat them again next year, just like they did last year!

I'd say that sacking the Clemson quarterback more times than he has been sacked all year and not allowing Clemson to even get a sniff of the end-zone IS championship defense. Taking on the number one team in the country and spanking their butts 24-6 is definitely championship play.
