Yeah, I know it wasn't all cash but I know this: If Obama hadn't released the money the Iranians would be in a substantially weaker position than they are today. Obama made them bold enough to assume the front-runner position in the middle-east.

It was Iran's money in the airplane …

And there wasn't anything covered up or illegal about it when Obama released Iran's money to Iran in exchange for a Nuclear Deal. Iran's banks were sanctioned so the United States sent cash.

Ronald Reagan returned money to Iran that was "frozen" in US banks by Jimmy Carter … it was in exchange for hostage release. Remember that?
