I'm not very religious, but I try to be thoughtful.

When in Bethelhem, 2000 years ago, with or without God in the picture, man was rose above his baser instincts. The results speak louder than the cause. WE as a country in the last 200 year have risen above our baser instincts.

As we know the cyclical nature of thing, The second coming is not a birth, but a return to man's baser instincts.

It's truly, the problem we face....most likely inevitable. As we evolved by our nature, and the nature of survival...We will return to that baser instinct, no doubt....
Survival for us.. is not written in cards.... and we can't make the deal. Maybe the return and the finality will take another 2000 years.. but it will happen. The second coming is already here.

Maybe as a generation, we should appreciate our position in time, that we are at the end of the beginning..Maybe we should count our blessings.
Maybe as a generation we should have fear, of our position in time, that we are at the beginning of the end..

But either way past or future... appreciation or fear...What we can understand, is our generation was the lucky one. We are the only ones with open eyes, can get to see it all.
