Look I know you have relatives in Texas.

They are probably aware of skyrocketing home and land prices along with other inflation.

What is happening here is a reenactment of the 1985 depression. Rising interest rates influenced by the Fed will result in families losing their homes if they have it financed at a variable rate.

Property tax for me has doubled for this year.
Now is the time to sell before the eminate crash.

In 1985 banks were paying 15% on certificates of deposit. I made out like a bandit. LOL
My bet is that it will happen again within a year or two.

Actually it is a devaluation of the U.S dollar. Because of the national debt.
I have many relatives living in your country and Canada, TxWJ. Some of them have told me almost the same thing that you mentioned in your post above. Inflation has engulfed the entire world. Price hikes of essential products know no bounds. Middle Class and lower-middle-class peoples are the worst sufferers. There are regions in the world where poor people are fighting to survive. They do not talk about returns from future investments. Because there will be nothing left to invest. I wish I am wrong. Have a pleasant time.

A photograph of one of the current academic buildings of the school built on the property where the old building was located can be seen below.

Sandy, thanks for stopping by and for your post. It didn't matter if our school was big or small. What mattered most was the time we spent there together with our classmates and the teachers. Memories of those days are eternal for us. Merry Christmas, dear Sandy. Be safe.
