I agree with what you wrote..... and also would mention the era of making men seen like buffoons. How about Archie Bunker, the Jeffersons, Al Bundy, and other sitcons from that time. Sadly, what is watched is often emulated and kids began to think their dads were just clowns in the family, not the head of it.
Now, they probably think their dads are some kind of perverts!

I believe those in office should be held to a high standard, but I was a little sorry to see Al Franken resign. His accusers were from a time prior to his election, right? While Conyers was while he was in office. To me, that does make a difference.

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Isaiah 3:4 & 3:12 talk about children oppressing and women ruling as God's judgment on the nation.

Although feminism is largely to blame today, I think men have not stood up when they should have in the past and let this happen also. A serious war would eradicate feminism I believe, they'd need men to survive. Men are builders of civilization. Feminists sit in offices men built & designed, drive cars men built and designed on roads men built and designed etc. They are stupid.

Many men now are simply avoiding long term relationships with women as they know they can lose their house and have to pay support for most of their life just on a false accusation. Some switched on men are silently avoiding women altogether because of this, they know they'll live debt free lives. Sad for both sides really. Selfishness is the root of the problem.

Judgment Day will be interesting - and all paths lead there.

You beat me to the punch.

He was also known for holding staff meetings while sitting on the thuderbox taking a dump and for walking around naked on Air Force 1.

A real class act.

You really need to look beyond your narrow, blinkered view that sees nothing but US politics. You often seem to be bamboozled by Social Issues.......As if you only perceive them in your peripheral vision and dismiss them as childish or selfish.

There is no way you can even begin to understand politics until you pay more attention to Sociology......To Cultural and Environmental issues.......The Internet,
Human Migration, Global Industries, Changing weather patterns, developing Cultural-Social attitudes. You try to force every issue facing your country as if it exists in isolation from the rest of the World.......Gee, it must be either American politics or Biblical morality.....those are the only factors that influence current thinking........Good Grief!!!!!

I'm perfectly willing to talk about mine.
I find that most women don't want to hear about them.
I was never traumatized by any of them.
