Who the heck doesn't know the true meaning Christmas? Answer, nobody in the civilized world. Celebrate it, don't celebrate it but do we really need all the moral preening.  Industry/Capitalists are most responsible for taking Religion out of Christmas. They do what they believe is best for Christmas SALES. A good example is Honda. "Happy Honda Days" includes everybody who needs a car, nobody is left out. I never heard anything Republicans being the OWNERS of Christmas until the Limbaugh crowd showed up (speaking of pathetic buzz kills). And, Merry Christmas Maisie!

Poor Progressives. Christmas is a particularly miserable time for them. In their mythical Worker's Paradise, a Government-Run Recognition (if they were a little more aware, they'd know the etymology of "holiday" and never say it, either) would be in order. In that paradigm, a lump of coal, doled out by your local Commissar, would be a fabulous treat.

It is reaching the point of ridiculousness with all the extremes. But, take away all their time off for the holiday and they would be screaming the loudest about that. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

That's what I'm saying......Maisie spews bitterness constantly in her blogs...Bitterness seems to be what motivates most of her blogs.....and you aid, abet and defend......making you a bitter old man.........All I did was throw the blog title back at you.....  .

It makes me wonder what a crusty old biddy would find of interest in the informative blogs written by Maisie and Lisztomania. You, in particular, have few kind things to say to anyone who doesn't suck up to your beliefs. Personally, if I wasn't such a kind soul, I'd hope you spend Christmas alone in the wilderness. But I am sure some of your locals will join you in a dance around the campfire while you chant to the darker forces in your mind. Merry CHRISTMAS to you and yours and may Christ find his way into your life in the days to come. Fossil man, you've got that Evangelical thing down pat.......

I didn't "pick Christianity", Fossil did. Or have you lost the ability to read?I By the way, I have never had any experiences with nuns.....that was you and it is obvious that they did a job on you.
