As one who is a "capitalist" who believes this country is Indebted to business owners, instead of workers, who supports business owners.. because without them there would be no workers. Someone who believe in unrestricted and free enterprise.. Just maybe, you should consider the issue of Kavanaugh to be less like a 'trial' and more like a job interview. The additional importance of which... is that once hired...he cannot be fired. Kavanaugh is seeking the job....The job shouldn't be seeking him... He exposes himself to unreasonableness... as does any job seeker. There doesn't NEED to be a "legal" reason not to be hired. In this case, for this Job, ANY reason will Do. With or without the sexual assault accusation... The fact is... Kavanaugh has ALREADY disqualified himself with Not knowing what the TRUTH is......Or knowing it ....and Not telling it.

She will talk to the committee under certain conditions. Can't say I blame her after what Anita Hill was put through.

I don't think any of us would want to be held accountable for the rest of our lives for something we did as a high school teenager, and unless it becomes a pattern for life, nobody should be. And what woman did not have a pass made at her at that age by some oversexed, horny teenage boy? Even an aggressive pass? Now, that is assuming his accuser is telling the truth. But perhaps, just perhaps, she has built this all up in her head over the years? On the other hand, he says it didn't happen, as do some others from that period of his life. Several women who have known him, even some dated him, have said that kind of action is out of character for him. Looks like it boils down to 'she said, he said' and we are right back at looking at the character of the man, today. And of course, there is the suspicious timing of the whole thing. Hmmmmmm? Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

You have got to be kidding......since when did we keep what was said on one blog out of other blogs......it happens constantly......you even pluck quotes out of your C+P blogs and post them as comments on other blogs.......Yet you call someone else a "gutless wonder"..........and a "potty mouth"?....what are you, 5?....LOL...........Sometimes the subject material of one blog merges with another......But your chronic compartmentalizing keeps you from grasping that concept........

Drunken Stupidity. There is a reason for laws against underage drinking. Teenagers can have really bad judgement while under the influence with young women being especially vulnerable. Considering the fact that they were both drinking and most likely too drunk to have an accurate prospective- it ends up being a he said, she said but nothing can be proven scenerio. Does Kavanaugh have a history of abusing women? I haven't read anything to indicate that he abuses women. This was something that was established with both Bill Clinton and Donald Trump. Multiple women have come forward. Where there is smoke there is fire. I don't see multiple woman coming forward to accuse Kavanaugh. I may not want him as a Supreme Court Justice but not because of one 11th Hour accusation that happened when he was a teenager. Abracadabra

The comparison is redundant. Keith Ellison is not in a process for a life-time, unimpeachable appointment to the highest court in the land.....surely you understand the difference......Ford has not met with the committee yet, so saying every one of her words is believed, is ridiculous.........You doubt I understand the definition of the term " political bias"?......LOL....Oh Maisie, your belief that you have a superior intellect is cute, but far from convincing. Even after all these blogs and comments, it's obvious that you are limited to re-arranging and memorizing trivia.......but,critical thinking ......not so much.
