The knee and leg are really painful this morning. It is a mixture of Gout occurring in the site of an old injury and it really makes the eyes water. All I can do is keep taking the medicine.

We look forward to seeing some of those pictures from you guys in St. Pete.

It only takes a drop of ink to make a million people think. There are many stories.

Alfie, so sorry to hear about your gout... I worked for a man years ago who often suffered from that and had to take time off. I remember him telling us how painful it was!

I arrived in British Columbia yesterday to t-shirt weather after leaving Ontario just after a snow storm.
