They are so dangerous to dogs too. We once had two big dogs that would work in tandem against a ground hog. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

I just talked with my son in law in CA and the owners of a large area used for church camps just invited him to come and hunt the wild hogs that is tearing up their grounds. We had groundhogs living under our house in Ottawa. Georgina used to come when called and even ate out of your hand. The pups were funny to watch. What ever you want to call them, groundhogs, woodchuck's, whistle pigs they are all part of the Marmot family.
