nope, simple. From the law office of See Inn & Inn, it is only illegal to not bake a cake for a gay wedding

Stores used to have a sign on them that said they could refuse to give service to anyone. IMHO, that includes merchandise. Walmart already has a sign that says they require a shirt and shoes.

I really don't know the legality of your question. My armchair legal crew is not with me this morning.

There's only one person I can think of who's dumb enough to make top level executive statements without consultation from lawyers and other professionals. That person is Donald Trump.

So for that reason my guess is Walmart and Dick's are within their rights.

I'm still trying to grasp the idea that people can walk into a store and buy a gun. Do they actually have a gun department at WalMart? I lived in the U.S. when I was married and we didn't have a gun. Do the SFF bloggers have a gun in their house?

Hi Tx: Thanks for the info. I understand your point, but being Italian with a bad temper (lol) I would be more afraid of having a gun in the house than getting robbed. Also I don't think I would ever kill a defenceless animal, unless I was being attacked by one or starving to death. If I even see a dead squirrel on the road I am so upset. But then again I think in Canada it's a different story. Only the police and a few gang members are walking around with guns. If you need the police here you just have to dial 911 and help will arrive momentarily. One time I had to call 911 for help. I didn't even say one word after I dialed 911 as the phone was ripped out of the wall and at the time I lived way up on the 16th floor. OMG within less than one minute two cops arrived.

Yes, it's illegal.

That's why Burger Kind should be forced to sell beer.

In a sense the AK-47 did originate in WWII since Kalashnikov was impressed with the German MP-44 that saw limited service during the late unpleasantness.

The Germany army loved it, but it was never produce in large enough quantities to make a big difference.

It's manufacture had to be hidden from Hitler since he wanted Wonder Weapons developed, not small arms.

The MP-44 continued in service with the GDR border guards into the 60's.
