This one is totally confusing and I don't see any answers that fit the clues. Here is my thinking..... The second largest river is either the St. Lawrence or the Ohio. Only two of the given answers are capitols of a state and neither state is anywhere near those rivers. So I guess my answer is "I don't know". Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
