It gives you a mischievous, imp look. Maybe reflects a bit of personality?

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Pan is a gentle and wise god of the wild.....The illustration i from Kenneth Grahame's "Wind in the Willows".......In this chapter Otter has lost his son and Pan finds him and looks after him until the scouting party of Ratty and Mole find him.......I was teaching pre-school and running an after-school program when this photo was taken ........

I read the book to the children often. I had brought an idea to the board that would give us a cozy fire-side area away from the noise and bustle of the classroom.........and this was the favourite chapter of the 5 to 8 year olds..........

I share Grahame's love of the Wild.......

Cool photo of you Sparkle. You have nice dimples and they really show up in this photo.

I imagine that you read the Wind in the Willows when you were a child.......My favourite quote is "“Believe me, my young friend, there is nothing - absolutely nothing - half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats.”

Then there is “The Mole was bewitched, entranced, fascinated. By the side of the river he trotted as one trots, when very small, by the side of a man who holds one spellbound by exciting stories; and when tired at last, he sat on the bank, while the river still chattered on to him, a babbling procession of the best stories in the world, sent from the heart of the earth to be told at last to the insatiable sea.”

I called that sweater my "Elephant sweater" the sleeves were very long and I would pull one arm most of the way out of one sleeve and walk sideways and hunched so the empty sleeve dangled like a trunk, but still able to control it.......then I would walk around the kids pretending to be an elephant.......
