JUST THE TIP........

I saw an American tourist wearing this today.......We haven't had any tourists for a couple of years now.....I don't know which was bigger, his drawl, his belly or his RV....took up most of the parking lot, made a bunch of cars wait while he maneuvered his monster........

When I saw the logo on his T-shirt, I thought I must not understand what it means......surely no one could be that grotesque....that crude and ugly, so when I got home, I googled it and found to my disgust and horror that it's a very popular Logo in the US.....in fact there are many places to buy it....and various versions of it.....ads calling it cute and funny and charming.......

Now, I know what "only the tip, I promise" refers to......It's what teen-age boys say to girls to try and sneak their thing into her thing.... So in practice, "just the tip" refers to a wheedling, pathetic, transparent lie that only the most naïve or gullible would fall prey to. It's often sarcastic, making fun of whoever's supposedly saying it......but apparently that's not how the pro=gun nuts in the US see it........They seem to see this phrase as cute or signals manliness and strength.......I'm confused.

So maybe some Americans here can help me understand why this shirt is so popular on US gun merch sites?

When a man says this to a woman in asexual context, he's trying to sneak his thing into her.....He's desperate with longing driven by lust....A metaphor for his desperate longing to kill......That's what this logo displayed on your shirt is saying.....that's the message......"I feel an overpowering urge to shoot you........I'm overwhelmed by my desire to murder, maim, injure, draw blood, cause pain and suffering"..........."Come on, just let me shoot someone, please.....I'm willing to submit my pride, my Humanity and my ethics for the pleasure of shooting someone."...........

How much you wanna bet the people who wear this shirt are pro-lifers....Kyle Rittenhouse got off scott-free for it....because even the judiciary can relate to that feeling......that burning greed to tear flesh from a safe distance.......

IN MY HUMBLE OPINION THE SLOGAN AND IMAGE ARE MEANT FOR THOSE PERSONS WHO CAN'T ACTUALLY ACTIVATE AND ARE FRUSTRATED ABOUT IT. KIDS, OLDER MEN AND SUCH. AND HOW MANY US STATES HAVE OUTLAWED TERMINATION WHEN THIS TYPE OF SLOGAN IS RUNNING RAMPANT???

If ridiculousness is what you're looking for you can find it on both sides of the 2d Amendment ....................... I haven't seen much that's more ridiculous than Cops in the UK doing hand to hand combat with criminals in the streets AND getting their butts kicked because they don't have guns.

No, ridiculousness is not my point, death-toll is.....creating fear, agony, horror, death and mourning is my point......Your term "both sides of the 2nd Amendment" is just more evidence of the extremes of US Gun fetishism.....It's not relevant in any other country.......Nowhere else are unarmed peace officers considered ridiculous........only the USA and the Middle East.

Seriously, you think that ... "Nowhere else are unarmed peace officers considered ridiculous........only the USA and the Middle East".

Are you kidding ... good luck selling that bridge.

Exactly.......The unconscious hypocrisy is monumental.......The term "Pro Life" as used in the US is meaningless when you are making laws to prevent abortion but no laws preventing the resulting children being murdered a few years later......

Another common American trait is lack of interest in how other countries deal with cultural problems......Always touting as the US being the best at everything.........The US has way more violence than other developed countries........monumentally more gun deaths, number of mass shootings, child victims of gunshot.......way more people in prison........

People in other countries look at the attitude of Americans to guns and are shocked and flabbergasted.....just shake their heads.........I have a brother-in-law in Norway who is a retired police officer in a large metropolitan center and he looks at the gun-culture of the US ......the constant stories/videos of cops shooting people who are running away.....there was a recent one of several cops shooting at one unarmed man who was running from a traffic stop.....he had been shot at least 60 times.........sixty bullets.........because he ran from a traffic stop......That's what's ridiculous to most of the world........

Americans ... American traits ... American touting ...

What you know about Americans looks like what Fox News knows about Democrats.

Admitting to the problem is the first step along the healing path....The statistics don't lie.......The videos don't lie.....We can see Americans carrying weapons of war to go shopping.....We saw the videos of Uvalde and all the other mass shootings.....we are inundated with Jan6 videos.......police body cam recordings of cops killing people........Are you claiming that the USA doesn't have a gun problem? A gun-fetish culture?

Does the USA have a gun problem ............. I'll say this, Sarah Palin is directly responsible for what happened to Gabrille Gifford.

Gun related imagery and messaging is constant in American political ads, advertising, speech, entertainment, metaphors, imaging, lyrics....US political ads are full of guns......have been for a very long time......Palin's ad was just easy to point to because of the timing.....a line could be drawn straight to the Gifford mass shooting....The deep saturation of firearm imagery in American culture has a direct correlation to the number of shootings...... the mass-shootings phenomena, where young white males shoot as many strangers as possible......

And a motorhome that takes up MOST of a parking lot, lol ....fat bellies ... a drawl/accent that you don't care for ... popular Logos on shirts (that aren't popular) in the USA ..... all has to do with?

Donald Trump made a living in politics on a soapbox, whining / exaggerating people places and things he didn't like ..... solutions are a bit more in-depth

Keep on rocken in the free world
