My understanding is that there is no cap on the amount of Ukrainians eligible to come to Canada for 3 years.

My thoughts are, great. Please come to Canada. Western Canada is the richer for all of the Ukrainians who helped build Canada during the 20th century.

If the 40M Ukrainians residing in Ukraine want to become Canadian citizens and live in Canada, we are the better for it.

The USA has a vaccine rate at the low 50% at best. On the other hand, Canada has a vaccine rate of 69% fully vaccinated and is listed as one of the highest countries with full vaccines. Due to idiots like you, there are breakthrough illnesses in the vaccinated and it is very mild and as of this date none of them have died. DELTA IS COMING FOR YOU, IT'S ONLY A QUESTION OF TIME.
